Teen hit by lightning during storms DULUTH, Minn. (AP) - A teenager jogging along a parkway in Duluth was hit by lightning when a storm rolled through northeastern Minnesota. Police say the 16-year-old from Harris was struck along the West Skyline Parkway about 5 p.m. Tuesday near Bardon's Peak. Authorities say the teen is in stable condition at St. Luke's Hospital. Hail, strong winds and heavy rain pounded the Twin Ports area Tuesday. The Duluth News Tribune says rainfall of up to 2 inches fell from Brainerd to Duluth.
