Prairie Lakes Healthcare System Temporary Entrances Open August 2 WATERTOWN, SD –
Due to construction, on Monday, August 2, the Prairie Lakes Hospital main entrance and Sanford Clinic entrance and parking lot will be closed. The point of entry for patients and visitors will change and will include three entrances. The entrances will be marked with neon green external signage with a corresponding number identifying the entrances. Neon green signs will also be placed internally on campus to assist patients and visitors.
Even though patients will access the facility through the three temporary entrances, patient registration areas will not change. To assist patients and visitors during the construction, volunteers or staff members will be stationed at four sites including the main lobby, ER entrance, west entrance, and south entrance. The end result of the construction will provide additional parking and improved access at the front entrance of the hospital.
